The Well Society Podcast
Welcome to The Well Society, an integrative wellness podcast where we help you sift through all the noise of bullsh*t health advice and bring you the authentic, naturopath-approved world of health and wellness with your host Khianna Chapman, Naturopath & founder of Tommi Rose.
Each week Khianna will interview amazing practitioners from all different realms of healthcare, and run solo episodes where she will share more about her own health and clinical experience with acne, gut issues and endometriosis, and tips to make yourself the most vibrant you can be.
Our aim is to inspire you to live your happiest, healthiest and most fulfilling life. We’ll give you practical tools, life changing rituals and a fresh perspective to fuel your health, wellness and mindset goals.
Together, we can be The Well Society.
Our Vision is to build a new culture of wellness—where women are informed, self-led, and no longer dismissed by systems that were never built for them. We see a future where every woman feels at home in her body, clear in her choices, and empowered to lead her own healing.
Our Mission is to create real, relatable conversations that bridge the gap between science and self—so women can stop second-guessing their symptoms and start understanding their bodies. Through honest storytelling, expert insights, and radically clear education, we guide women back to their power—one episode at a time.
This is wellness that breaks the rules —
so women can finally stop outsourcing their health and start leading it.
Unlike wellness podcasts that offer surface-level tips or symptom lists, The Well Society dives deeper—pairing root-cause thinking with real talk, science with soul, and education with emotional clarity.
We’re not here to tell women what to do.
We’re here to hand them the mic, decode their symptoms, and remind them: your body isn’t broken—and you were never meant to navigate this alone.

You’re not here for vague advice or wellness fluff—you want to understand what’s actually going on in your body. At The Well Society, we break down the science behind your skin, hormones, gut, and energy so it finally makes sense. No gatekeeping, no jargon—just clear, practical insight you can use to take control of your health.
This isn’t just a podcast—it’s a movement. A space where you’re not the only one navigating confusing symptoms, unanswered questions, or feeling like you’ve “tried everything.” Here, you’re part of a community of women who are done being dismissed and ready to change the story. Because wellness gets powerful when we stop doing it alone.
You’ve spent long enough second-guessing your body. We’re here to help you come back to it—with clarity, confidence, and zero shame. The Well Society is your reminder that you’re not broken, your symptoms are valid, and you already have what it takes to lead your healing. We’re just here to hand you the mic.
Hey! I’m Khianna—
— a naturopath, recovered symptom-tracker, and host of The Well Society—the podcast built for women who are done being told “you’re fine” when you clearly aren’t.
I created The Well Society to disrupt the wellness world as we know it—because women were never meant to settle for dismissive doctors, aesthetic wellness trends, or surface-level advice that doesn’t scratch the surface of what’s really going on.
This space is for the woman who’s smart, self-aware, and still stuck.
The one juggling a full calendar, a “clean” lifestyle, and a body that keeps flaring, crashing, or going quiet when she needs it most. She’s tried the protocols, the podcasts, the tests—and still doesn’t feel at home in her body.
The Well Society is here to change that.
We bring clarity to the chaos of skin, hormones, gut health, and burnout—with real talk, root-cause thinking, and the kind of conversations that remind you: you’re not broken, you’re not too much, and you’re definitely not alone.
This isn’t curated wellness—it’s a return to what’s real.
Let’s rebuild it together.
