working together

  • We explore the why behind your symptoms.

Naturopathy is a holistic, root-cause approach that pieces together the story behind your symptoms.
Where a GP may diagnose and manage disease, we explore how your skin, hormones, gut, nervous system, and lifestyle are all connected—and how to restore balance using natural, evidence-based tools; including nutrition, herbs, lifestyle medicine, functional testing, and education to guide your healing.

This is medicine that meets you where you are.

  • We work with high-achieving, health-aware women who are tired of being told “everything looks fine” when they feel anything but.
Some of the most common reasons clients work with us include:

    • Cystic, hormonal, or unexplained acne

    • PMS, painful periods, PCOS, or post-pill symptoms

    • Bloating, constipation, gut pain, food sensitivities

    • Chronic fatigue, burnout, or low mood

    • Feeling anxious, inflamed, wired-but-tired

    • Mystery symptoms no one can seem to explain

If your bloods are “normal” but your body says otherwise, you’re not broken. You just haven’t been supported in the right way yet.

  • Short answer — No!

We support women across Australia through telehealth consults, as well as in-person appointments on the Gold Coast.

Whether you’re based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or beyond, you can work with us from the comfort of your own home. We ship testing kits and prescriptions directly to you.

consultations & treatment

  • This is a 360-degree deep dive into your health—not just symptoms, but the patterns, history, lifestyle, and emotional load behind them.

    You’ll walk away with:

    • A clear, personalised treatment plan

    • Diet and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your body and life

    • High-quality, practitioner-only supplement or herbal prescriptions (if needed)

    • Optional testing suggestions to give us more answers (not guesses)

This is the beginning of a partnership, not a protocol.

  • Healing doesn’t happen in one appointment—this is a journey, not a bandaid.

    Follow-up consults allow us to:

    • Monitor your progress

    • Interpret any test results

    • Adjust your plan as your body shifts

    • Keep you grounded, supported, and clear on your next steps

Most women check in every 3–5 weeks to begin with, then less frequently as things stabilise.

  • Unfortunately no, payment plans for 1:1 naturopathic services are not available at this stage.

However, I do firmly believe in accessible natural health care and am working on models to provide that allows for more sustainable healing for everyone.

  • Absolutely. We believe in integrative care—not either/or.

Our clients often work with dermatologists, GPs, gynaecologists or psychologists alongside our support. We’re happy to collaborate and will always refer on when needed.

    You deserve a team.

testing& supplements

  • We offer a range of functional pathology and advanced gut/hormone testing, depending on your symptoms and goals. These may include:

    • GI-MAP or microbiome mapping

    • DUTCH hormone testing

    • SIBO breath tests

    • Blood chemistry analysis (with deeper interpretation than your average GP visit)

    • HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)

All testing is optional and thoroughly explained so you can make empowered, informed decisions.

  • We use high-quality, practitioner-only products—the kind you won’t find on supermarket shelves—for safety, efficacy, and results. You’ll receive access through a secure online portal or via in-clinic collection.

No guessing. No TikTok trends. Just what you need, when your body needs it.

lifestyle & philosophy

  • No. We’re not here to micromanage your food, or put you on strict detoxes.

We help you reconnect to what your body actually needs—without guilt, overwhelm, or restriction. Think guidance, not rules. Food freedom with function.

  • Yes. We offer compassionate, age-appropriate care for teens navigating acne, irregular cycles, anxiety or mood swings, and the effects of coming off the pill.

Many of our younger clients say, “I wish I learned this years ago”—and we help them do just that.

  • Yes. In fact, that’s who we’re here for.
You’ve done the research. You’ve tried the supplements. You’re “doing all the right things”—but still not feeling right.
You don’t need more noise. You need clarity, strategy, and a practitioner who sees you.
